The Kelowna Jays take the field for a good cause Thursday, when they host the Vernon Diamondbacks at Elk Stadium.
Thursday's game is a "Homerun for Breast Cancer," with all proceeds going to the Breast Cancer Society.
Jays players will wear pink uniforms to support the cause.
The Kelowna Jays have started the season on a tear, going 8-0, including a season opening sweep of the Diamondbacks in Vernon, winning by scores of 4-2 and 13-9.
Over their eight game winning streak, the Jays have outscored their opponents 80-24.
Thursday's benefit game begins at 7 p.m. at Elk Stadium.
