It'll be a long while before all the paperwork's sorted out for a very busy night in the Central Okanagan.

  • Just before 10 pm there was a Marine rescue call after a 16 foot boat flipped on Okanagan lake. The six aboard all made it to shore by themselves.

  • In Winfield, a man was stabbed at the McDonald's. He's recovering at KGH.

  • The area of the 7-11 on Lakeshore road was the scene of a bear spray incident.

  • Just before 2:30 am, a vehicle went off road in the 300 block of Clifton road, tagging a utility poll. The car burned and lines for Telus and Shaw Cable were brought down. No word on injuries.
