To the editor:
Not only is this carbon tax something I don't understand, I don't see how claiming such a small amount back on my income tax next April is going to help me now. Also how do I get to claim it on my taxes when I move out of province?
BC has also brought in a new law that: "passengers under age nine or shorter than four-foot-nine must now use booster seats while in vehicles in B.C. otherwise they will be fined $109". I just got rid of my booster seats when my children turned eight to commend their birthday and sit normal in a automobile. I'm moving to the East Coast this month and I am not going to spend my moving time to run to the store and buy a booster seat.
