Police were called to investigate reports of a robbery at the Shoppers Drugs on 27th Street in Vernon Wednesday morning.

"Police were on the scene within minutes," says RCMP spokesperson Gordon Molendyk. "Two subjects were found and arrested a short distance away."

Molendyk says officers are working to determine their connection to the robbery.

The investigation continues.
