Mortgages for mobile homes

To the editor:
GOOD NEWS TO ALL RESIDENT OF MCDOUGALL CREEK MOBILE HOME PARK:

We are able to get mortgages from Royal Bank of Canada on mobile homes on native land, for up to 30 years amortimization, at the same rate of interest as homes. For so long we were not able to finance our mobile homes, we had to have a personal loan.

This movement is giving us more security on our homes...This will make for easier sales or purchase.
