The Knox Mountain Motor Sport Club, located in Kelowna B.C., is a group of motor sport enthusiasts, who share a common interest in various forms of motor sports including car racing, solo events, hillclimb, etc.
Our premier event, the Knox Mountain Hillcimb, is the longest running paved hillclimb event in the world testing cars and drivers on a paved road course of ten major turns, climbing 800 vertical feet over 2.2 miles. and is organized annually on the May Long Weekend. **We are in need of volunteers to help with this event! Workers are given a commemorative t-shirt, hat and lunch each day. Please call Candance at 718-1107** There is a reasonable admission charge for this event. Tickets are available at the gate starting at 8:30 a.m. daily. This is an auto racing event. In addition to the exiting hill climbing action there will be in-field activities and displays. These activities include a display of import performance tuned vehicles, late model imports as well as new cars and manufactures displays. This years featured manufactures are Ford, Porsche and VW/Audi. If you own a tuner car, classic import, rod or custom vehicle you encouraged to enter the car show by arriving before 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. All show worthy vehicles are welcome. Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the show winners. Free admission for the drive of a vehicle entering the car show. Please note that Knox Mountain is closed to the public during the May long weekend. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
