Prenatal Wellness offers expecting parents-to-be a 15 hour wellness program, a complement to your labor and delivery class.
This program includes weekly exercise and educational sessions to give you all the tools you need to maintain "wellness" during this exciting time. Endorsed by Interior Health and offered in partnership with The Bridge; Youth and Family Services, and the YMCA-YWCA of the Central Okanagan.
