McGowan Park elementary added to Interior Health's list of COVID-19 school exposures

A Kamloops elementary school has been added to Interior Health’s list of schools reporting potential COVID-19 exposures.

McGowan Park elementary had a potential exposure event on June 16, according to IH.

As of Monday, McGowan Park is the only Kamloops school on the list.

Interior Health has said the school exposure list indicates potential exposure “because a student may have potentially come into contact with a test positive case.”
